Solidarity Sale for Families in Afghanistan
From July 5th to 11th, the French Afghan Association organized a solidarity sale exhibition to benefit families in Afghanistan, in Porspoder, a small village in Finistère.
This sale showcased the beauty of Afghan craftsmanship. It also gave us the joy of meeting wonderful people who were deeply touched by our work and who were very generous.
Thus, thanks to the generosity of our visitors throughout the sale, the French Afghan Association was able to provide textbooks and school supplies to fifty schoolchildren in Nangarhar Province, Afghanistan.
Each child received a backpack, a pair of shoes, a textbook, a workbook, and a complete assortment of school supplies.
