Solidarity Sales for Afghanistan
From July 20 to 26, 2026, the France Afghane Association (AFA) held its second charity sale in Porspoder, a small village in Finistère.
This year, the goal of the sale was to enable the AFA to help fund a well, a water pump, and a solar power system for a school in the village of Deh Sarak, located in the Nangarhar province of eastern Afghanistan.
Thanks to the generosity of the people who visited us during the sale, we were able to raise a portion of the funds needed to bring this humanitarian project to fruition.
As a result, hundreds of students at the Deh Sarak school will soon have access to safe, clean drinking water.
Our recent actions
From July 5 to 11, 2025, the France Afghane Association held its first charity sale in Porspoder—a small village in Finistère—to benefit families in Afghanistan.
The event showcased the beauty of Afghan craftsmanship. Thanks to the generosity of our visitors, the France Afghane Association was able to provide textbooks and school supplies to fifty schoolchildren in Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province. Each child received a backpack, a pair of shoes, a textbook, a workbook, and a complete set of school supplies.
